Rapskallion @ MONA

My time draws to a close on this trip to Australia, ending 8 April 2012 with a flight back to the flatlands of Minnesota.

Rapskallion played at the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) in Hobart, Tasmania, 25 March 2012 on their brief Tasmanian tour.  An invigorating gypsy band with trumpet, fiddle, accordion and melodica along with the usual suspects of guitar, bass and drums combined with fabulous stage personalities and interesting music delighted a Sunday afternoon crowd lounging around on the pink or brown cushions.  The stage without a back wall allowed the clouds to flit by throughout the gorgeous Sunday afternoon.  I enjoyed a Hop Harvest from Moo Brew, which is wet hopped from freshly harvested hops.
