I have just returned Richmond, VA after a ten day road trip to Minneapolis St. Paul. I am in the process of moving to a new residence which requires eating up food stragglers so they do not need to make the journey. Today, I made some quinoa with sautéed onion and celery, the only remaining vegetables, and spiced with rosemary, oregano and thyme.
This did not have quite enough flavor or punch so I added some organic Kim Chi from Fierce Ferments to give it a bit more flavor. The Kim Chi definitely spiced things up.
