Fierce Ferments organic sauerkraut

I purchased some caraway and dill sauerkraut from Fierce Ferments at the Northeast Minneapolis Farmer’s market. I finally tucked into the slaw yesterday and it is wonderful.

Cool and refreshing straight out of the frig. Sour with that nice caraway and dill tang. I could almost smell the bratwurst on the grill. Today I had some sauerkraut as a side dish to some  wax beans quick cooked in olive oil with black pepper and rosemary. Very yummy.
