James River “Nickel” Bridge crossing

It is a beautiful day for walk across the James River in Richmond, VA. The river has slowed down a bit but the Boulevard “Nickel” Bridge, opened to traffic in 1925, offers a great view upstream to the west of the railroad bridge and, further toward the horizon, the Huguenot Bridge.
