Classic train stations

Since first seeing the downtown Richmond, VA train station I have been impressed by the necessity of its vertical immensity for bringing passengers to trains arriving at a second floor level to avoid floodwaters.

Today, while searching for a good cup of coffee not to be found, I happened upon another classic train station in the small town of Hamlet, NC. This small town is t the intersection of two important train lines.
