Sunday, crepe day

Sunday is nearly always crepe day. They are so simple to make. For 6 large crepes, 3 eggs, 1.5 cups milk, a teaspoon of vanilla and 1.2 cups flour. Whisk the eggs with a wire whip, add the milk and vanilla and whisk in the flour. Cook on a large frying pan or crepe pan in butter. Add fruit and meat and cheese


Shown here with fried apples, blueberries, mango and maple syrup. Roll ’em up and enjoy.
