I only gave a couple of days remaining in Barcelona and was very hungry after yesterday’s nearly 20 miles of walking so thought it the perfect time to try “Bacalao a la llauna”, salt cod and white beans, garbanzos in this case, for breakfast.
With a café con leche, of course. The cod was about as salty as in some American/British fish and chips but with essentially no batter. Pretty darn tasty. Passeig del Born, 36. Barcelona.
