Gazpacho, Sangria, BBQ chicken

Having recently returned from Spain, I had a taste for some refreshing gazpacho and red wine sangria which was then combined with grilled chicken and zuchini.GazpachoSangriaThe gazpacho recipe included tomatoes, red peppers, cucumbers, water, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and a dash of cumin. Very refreshing on a hot summer’s day. the sangria included red wine, rose, orange juice, sparkling water and sugar with slices of apple, orange and lemon added just before serving.  A delightful summer drink.
