Kim chi

It is again finally time to start making kim chi, which is such a refreshing, cool but spicy, summer treat when eaten drectly from the frig. I used the recipe here ( but omitted the fish paste and used Sambal Oelek ground fresh chili paste instead of dried chilies as I don’t like the gritty their mouthfeel.


I am ready to dig in and enjoy in another week or so.
