Silver Queen sweet corn

I inadvertently picked up some Silver Quuen last season, white, sugary (su) sweet corn at the Forest Hills farmer’s market on Saturday, which has a much nicer mouth feel than the supercrunchy shrunken-2 (sh2) varieties which now dominate the market. It was first released in 1959 and went well with seared tuna.
