Chicken liver paté

I am still struggling to finish off remedial ingredients (livers, gizzards) left unused after Thanksgiving. I am so lucky to have a partner with the foresight to have a food processor and ramekins on hand so that I could make this simple chicken liver paté.

I should probably have mixed in some small chunks of liver and/or diced thyme leaves but this paté should nonetheless be a perfect complement to this sourdough rye, spelt, wheat and mashed potato bread.
